What is acupuncture?
Acupuncture is a system of Chinese medicine, over 3500 years
old, which utilizes the insertion of tiny needles (the width of a human hair)
on meridian or energetic pathways of the body to bring the body into balance.
|
|
The theories are based on the functions of Qi and Blood, Yin and
Yang. If the body is in balance, there is health. If the body is
out of balance, there is disease.
